  • Moshe Sinaie, D.P.M.

    Dr. Sinaie is the founder and CEO of Bakersfield Foot and Ankle Surgeons and former CEO of California Foot Doctors. After graduating medical school, he completed four years of training in Foot and Ankle Reconstuctive Surgery and Trauma at New York College of Podiatric Medicine and University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

  • Gregory D. Hartman, D.P.M

    Dr. Hartman completed undergraduate training at the University of California, Los Angeles. He then graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco in 1982. He completed a surgical residency in Van Nuys, California, and has practiced in a variety of office models throughout his career.
